What is your return policy?
We consider all of our items final sale. However, if you have any problems with an order, we are here to help and make it right. For any concerns, please contact us at info@tillajewels.com.
How do you handle shipping issues?
Once an item is marked "delivered" by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier if any delivery issues arise. We are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items. It is not our responsibility to locate packages for you once it is marked "delivered". Thank you for your understanding.
Where do you source your pieces from?
We travel to Türkiye several times a year to meet with artisans, silversmiths and suppliers from all over the country with diverse backgrounds. We hand pick every item we sell, and we personally know the wonderful people we work with!
